It's been an amazing start to summer!! Young artists made tape hats (one in progress pictured above ), cool structures, paintings, clay creations and more. We even got in an MFA field trip in! I like to post some of our projects on my AWA Instagram I am forever amazed at the all of the creations happening in our studio

Week of August 3rd:

Open Studio - Mixed ages

Expect lots of painting, drawing and building

Barbie-altering projects, canvas painting, terrariums, batik (painting with hot wax and dyes), clay and more

Week of August 10th:

Weaving on floor-sized looms and fiber arts

w/ Mihoko. - Mixed ages

Three spaces open as of today!

Weaving, spinning, felting, sewing (by hand and machine). Make scarves, vests, stuffed animals

No experience needed.
